Privacy Policy

This page explains how InOneWeb handles information submitted through the project enquiry form.

Information we receive

When you contact us through the form, we receive the name, work email, PHP version, framework, approximate system age, original developer availability and message you choose to submit.

For site operation, security and diagnostics, we also record limited technical request data such as the timestamp, requested URL, a shortened IP address (the last part is removed), browser user-agent, referrer, response status and request performance. Request logs do not store cookies, passwords, CSRF tokens or submitted form values, and are deleted after 90 days.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your project enquiry, reply by email and continue communication about the enquiry when needed.

Analytics and advertising cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used and to improve it, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether our ads lead to enquiries. Neither is loaded when you reject optional cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Retention and sharing

We do not sell submitted enquiry information. We retain it only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related communication, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Questions

If you have a question about information submitted through the form, mention it in your enquiry and we will respond by email.

Cookies and privacy

We use necessary cookies to run the site. With your consent we also use Google Analytics, to understand how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement, to see whether our ads lead to enquiries. You can change your choice at any time under "Cookie settings".
